GuysWithRides.com 2023 Strategy Plan

I would like the learners to create a detailed business plan of how and where to take GuysWithRides.com. I've remained self-funded to this point, but I need a business plan before I start to solicit VC funding. After nearly four years, my dealer-free collector car website, www.guyswithrides.com, is at a crossroads. I had hoped that by this point in time, I would have grown it far enough for it to self-sustain and perhaps draw a small salary from it. I need to confirm whether I can grow it beyond the pace I have completed to date as well as where I should focus my efforts to maximize the growth.

GuysWithRides.com Website Redesign

GuysWithRides.com is a fast-growing online community for collector car enthusiasts. In addition to blogging about collector cars we find for sale, GuysWithRides.com offers an online marketplace where private sellers can buy private buyers' collector cars in an auction format. The site continues to enjoy 25-percent year-over-year growth with 60K unique visitors using the site every month. Our current website is a WordPress-based design relying on the DIVI Extra theme combined with a subcontracted third-party auction portal (www.guyswithrides.net). We believe we are starting to push the boundaries of the current website and would like to create a new, more robust version that will be able to stand up to the demands of our growing online collector car community. In addition to developing an integrated, more robust website and online marketplace, the biggest challenge and primary goal will be to transfer as much of the excellent collector car content we've created over the past three years.
