The program will focus on a team project or problem presented by the employer to be supported by the student’s peer working group. It will also include a chance for students to engage one-on-one with a professional with the employer they are working with. The end of the program will include a Virtual Innovations Award ceremony to showcase the most impactful projects.

This program has the ability to enhance awareness of emerging career paths, build portfolios and skillsets, and provide networking opportunities. Students will be provided the opportunity to learn more about in-demand careers and develop the relevant skills and knowledge required to eventually launch their careers in these fields.
