Requirements

Upper-level student-consultants will work in teams of 4 for 40+ hours researching, analyzing and developing a marketing or sales strategy catered to your organization’s new product/service rollout. This will help set strategic focus, set priorities in the roadmap for further development, develop internal accountability, and help to create a concrete set of metrics to measure your success.

Some project examples could include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing a current product/service that is underperforming
  • Researching/highlighting potential prospects for new product/service
  • Develop a plan to properly scale rollout/growth for new product/service
