Before the project began, we decided on an ambitious, but achievable project scope: develop a partnership strategy and secure a partner. Using his partnership strategy, we reached out to a potential partner he identified, and it worked! We partnered with the company, which will lead to recurring revenue for both our company and our partner. Moving forward, we plan to leverage his strategy to establish partnerships with the additional companies he identified.
