I had the wonderful opportunity to work with NLEats on the R2-ASP Ripen project for the past one and a half months. The project is built around a very noble cause, creating a course curriculum to inspire and prepare young minds and newcomers to work in the agriculture sector. The organization is planning to build a curriculum that focuses on modern trends in agriculture like AI, robotics, and data-driven practices. I was glad to contribute to the curriculum development and worked mainly on outreach activities, connecting with PhD scholars and faculty members to gather insights and support. Although NLEats is a startup, it is very well-organized. They use project management tools like Monday.com to assign tasks and track progress and Slack for communication. The team follows a systematic approach, and any questions or doubts are handled quickly and efficiently. We also had regular discussions and helpful suggestions from the leadership team, which really helped us improve our work and learn better ways to approach our tasks. The response time was very quick, even during late hours, showing their strong commitment and support. I truly believe NLEats is a great place for students and beginners who want real-world experience and growth opportunities. It offers excellent exposure and learning in a supportive environment. I sincerely wish NLEats all the best in achieving their goals and making a strong impact in the agri sector. Keep up the great work!
