Students should focus on:

- Building audiences, managing list hygiene and leveraging data within the customer file to drive dynamic content and personalization.
- Drive continuous optimization and growth through continuous A/B testing, make recommendations and implement action plans to improve results.
- Explore new email media marketing strategy which can be beneficial for new client acquisition and nurturing existing leads.
