Project goal:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Clinical Pharmacist intern to spearhead the development of clinical programs within our digital pharmacy platform. During this internship you will leverage your pharmacy expertise to design and implement patient-centered initiatives aimed at optimizing medication therapy management, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall pharmacy experience in the digital realm.

Program Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for clinical program development within the digital pharmacy platform.
• Design, plan, and execute innovative clinical initiatives, including medication therapy management services, adherence programs, and patient education resources.
• Develop evidence-based protocols, algorithms, and guidelines to support the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services in the digital environment.

Clinical Support:

• Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy staff offering support and guidance on medication-related inquiries, therapeutic interventions, and clinical decision-making.

Education and Training:

• Develop and deliver educational programs and training materials to support pharmacy staff and patients in utilizing digital pharmacy services effectively.

Project Deliverables:

Develop program content covering key areas such as chemotherapy pharmacology, supportive care, oncology-specific drug information, and medication safety protocols that can be used to optimize the patient experience.

The intern will have the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary and will receive coaching and mentoring from leadership. During the internship the student will have access to all the resources to complete their learning experience.
