Objective

• To develop a unified database and interface for all products, customers, suppliers, sales orders, and purchase order information.
• To automate daily product availability, inventory quantities and price changes
• To automate marketplace product changes, order retrieval, and tracking number updating.
• To automate submission of purchase orders to suppliers and retrieval of tracking numbers for fulfilled shipments.

Project requires the configuration and customization of an Odoo ERP (aka Open ERP) instance. This will involve

• Configuration of Odoo native modules with some customization for business needs.
• Installation and de-bugging of third-party apps to communication with marketplaces and other third party applications.
• Development of an order submission automation to send order information to suppliers for fulfillment.

Note: There may be a need to implement two country-specific parallel instances of the ERP.

For individual or teams outside of courses, this project is funded through the Level Up program and pays a $1400 honorarium for each 80-hour work block. You must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have refugee status to qualify

For individual students, project scope may require more than one 80-hour Level-Up contract term.

• Fully installed version of Odoo will be available as a starting point
• Dataflows and field info documentation will be provided
• Large universe of online resources for this platform.
