Details

Riipen is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. The company aims to create a 2025 roadmap that operationalizes the outcomes of its most recent Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) data, aligning with company values and DE&I goals. This project focuses on addressing the unique challenges and opportunities presented by a remote work environment and a multi-generational workforce. Learners will analyze existing DE&I data, identify key trends, and propose actionable strategies that enhance inclusivity and collaboration across different age groups. The project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of organizational behavior, data analysis, and strategic planning to develop a comprehensive roadmap that supports Riipen's DE&I objectives.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed 2025 DE&I roadmap document that outlines strategic initiatives and actionable steps. This document should include an analysis of current DE&I data, identification of key focus areas, and proposed strategies for fostering inclusivity in a remote, multi-generational workforce. Additionally, learners will present their findings and recommendations in a concise presentation format, highlighting the roadmap's alignment with Riipen's company values and DE&I goals.
