Vero Media is seeking creative and detail-oriented learners to help enhance our online presence and contribute to the success of our social media campaigns. This project offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative social media strategies, create engaging content, and analyze performance to help optimize results for both our brand and our clients.

Project Goals:

  • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, Linkedin and Youtube Shorts) and other visual assets tailored to our target audience.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that aligns with Vero Media’s brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Create a consistent posting schedule and optimize posts for key platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Trend Analysis: Research and identify social media trends, proposing creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Analytics: Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve content performance and audience reach.
  • Community Engagement: Develop strategies to foster audience interaction and engagement across platforms.

Deliverables

Content Strategy Development

  • Create a detailed content strategy tailored to the company’s target audience, platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and business goals.
  • Develop a content calendar outlining posts, themes, and key dates for the campaign duration.

Content Creation

  • Plan and produce a variety of engaging content, including short-form videos (e.g., reels), graphics, and captions aligned with the brand’s tone and voice.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new and creative ideas for campaigns or posts.

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Track the performance of social media posts using provided analytics tools.
  • Deliver an end-of-project report summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future improvements.

Trend Research and Application

  • Research current trends in social media and propose ways to incorporate them into content and strategies.

Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist in scheduling and posting content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments where necessary to build audience relationships.
