After running operations as a solopreneur for the first year, the Plantish family has grown a little and now we’re looking for a new team member to help us develop a B2B sales program. If you like engaging with customers and consider yourself an outgoing, independent, and reliable person we have a very refreshing opportunity for you!
We need assistance in developing a B2B sales outreach process as we grow our business to the next level. We would like to equip our future sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.
The project may include, but is not limited to:
- Identifying new potential wholesale accounts that align with our current customer base.
- Compiling relevant market information.
- Building customizable scripts for prospecting and sales emails and calls.
- Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.
- Work with Social Media Coordinator to garner interest from potential clientele through social media engagement
- Contacting prospective customers by email or phone.
- Developing meaningful relationships with potential customers.
- Creating a simple tracking framework within Asana, that includes metrics for measuring outreach success.
- Creating a process handbook for our sales team.
It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions. The insights that you provide will help our team improve lead generation and increase conversion rates to drive more sales.

We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can also suggest names of competitors and comparators to research.

The final project deliverables are:
- A customer contact list for 50 resellers for wholesale sales
- 30-40 outreach emails sent to resellers for wholesale sales
- 30-40 outreach sales calls made resellers for wholesale sales
- A brief report detailing your research, recommended solutions, and an implementation plan.
- A Sales Handbook outlining the recommended sales process and strategy, including scripts for sales emails and calls.
- A short presentation on the contents of the report and handbook.
Sales training: Sales strategic and must-knows, Marketing, Customer Services, and Data analysis
Connections to different businesses: coach you to build rapport and connections with customers.
Check-in meetings and career development talk: answer questions and check in on project difficulties promptly and assign tasks that help explore career passions
