The goal of this project is to create a 3-6 month plan for sourcing a pool of top candidates for our executive roles. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Developing templates for job postings.


- Researching legal compliance information.


- Suggesting recruitment methods and channels by job type.


- Recommending resume management techniques.


- Developing candidate shortlisting techniques.


- Researching the use of tests and their effectiveness.


- Developing interview procedures.


- Creating behavioural, chronological, case, or written interview guides.


- Developing reference check templates.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of legal compliance information.


- Suggested recruitment methods and channels by job type.


- Resume management recommendations.


- Candidate shortlisting techniques.


- Recommendations on the use of tests.


- Interview procedures.


- Behavioural, chronological, case, or written interview guides.


- Reference check templates.



Final deliverables should include:


- All source code.


- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
