Community Engagement Manager

We are looking for someone to assist with the management of Fitplan's online communities and our athletes and influencers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicate directly with the Fitplan community both via support channels and our customer communities helping to motivate and engage our members, solve issues, track bugs, and relay feedback internally
• Participate in the management of online communities for both Fitplan and our athletes and influencers
• Assist with creating marketing plans for new Fitplan launches and develop and test new influencer marketing tactics
• Respond to customer support requests via email and social media channels
• Track and report feedback, feature requests and issues and share findings internally
• Monitor and engage with customer communities
• Help create, develop and execute community engagement campaigns and programs
• Research, write and post or update 1-2 support articles per week
• Assist with growth marketing efforts and campaigns as needed
• Help with projects across departments as needed

This is a project based internship opportunity.
