Deliverables
  • Spearheading the establishment of innovative programs, refining communication strategies, and streamlining the onboarding processes for students and parents.
  • Conducting comprehensive outreach initiatives to cultivate relationships with potential partners, clients, staff, educational institutions, government entities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Utilizing lead generation software to identify and connect with prospective collaborators, clients, and partners, ensuring a robust network and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strategically planning and executing a range of activities, collaborating with suppliers, organizing deliverables, and maintaining seamless coordination with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Managing and updating databases to ensure accuracy and relevance, facilitating efficient record-keeping and data retrieval.
  • Engaging in market research to stay informed about industry trends, identifying growth opportunities, and generating interest in the programs and initiatives offered by the organization.


Upon the culmination of the project, candidates are required to compile comprehensive documentation summarizing the events they have successfully coordinated. This documentation should include a detailed breakdown of the time dedicated to each event listed in their record, serving as a noteworthy representation of their valuable experience and contributions throughout the project duration.
