The Level UP program by Riipen aims to enhance student participation through a comprehensive marketing campaign targeting post-secondary institutions in the Nunavut Province. The problem at hand is the current low awareness and engagement levels among students regarding the Level UP program. The goal is to create strategic promotional materials, conduct market research, and execute targeted outreach efforts. By leveraging social media platforms, email campaigns, and virtual events, the campaign seeks to significantly boost student sign-ups and participation in the Level UP student programs. This project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their marketing knowledge and skills to a real-world scenario, enhancing their understanding of strategic marketing and outreach.
The project deliverables will include:
- Promotional Materials: Digital flyers and graphics with school logos.
- Research and Strategy Report: Key platforms, student groups, and messaging strategy.
- Outreach Log: Initial social media posts and emails, and collaboration plan.
- Campaign Content: Social media and email templates
- Follow-Up Documentation: Emails, virtual meetings, and strategy updates.
- Final Report: Summary of outreach efforts, info session recording, and recommendation
The project will be broken down as follows:
Milestone 1: Training and Preparation (5 Hours) - Develop promotional materials with school logos using provided templates.
Milestone 2: Market Research and Strategy Planning (5 Hours) - Conduct online research and create a promotion strategy with targeted messaging.
Coordination and Initial Outreach (5 Hours) - Engage with student groups for collaboration and begin outreach on social media and via email.
Milestone 3 (15 Hours) - Implement social media and email campaigns, followed by webinars to promote Level UP.
Milestone 4 (15 Hours) - Conduct follow-up communications and virtual meetings with interested students, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
Milestone 5 (15 Hours) - Execute a final promotional push with intensified outreach and host an info session, concluding with follow-ups and campaign reporting.
