Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Process and Lead Generation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and improve the overall sales process. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets
  • Manage and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Train and support sales teams on best practices for lead generation and sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales process management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
