• Project description: 2 successful candidates will support our team with the launch of a new product. The candidates will set up our analytics dashboards in metabase & other tools to help us measure user beahvior & make revisions to our GTM, design & development processes based on the data. The goal & core deliverables are to

1. assess what kinds of KPIs we should measure for GTM, design & development teams - descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
2. set up dashboards to measure & visualize those KPIs

• Data Description: We need help determining what kind of data we need to measure, so the candidates will have a hand in assessing & deciding on this alongside core members of the founding team.

The final report may vary depending on preferred methods and technology. Successful candidates will need to complete an assessment of the companies goals & objectives, as well as data available to collect. The student will also use that insight to create a dashboard to visualize the data that are being tracked.

Candidates will connect directly with the founders for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
