To improve our use of zoom and its integration with acuity scheduling system.

• Research and explain how to schedule a recorded class in zoom/acuity
• Set up a series of recorded classes to run live on a schedule and for the link to be delivered to participants for the recorded class after the scheduled class runs.
• Investigate how to automate a link to a recording of live classes/workshops/trainings and set up for upcoming course.
• Investigate how best to run closed captioning and produce a transcript of a class that runs live on zoom.
• Other new features of zoom as there is time in the project.
