The main goal for the project is to conduct market research and develop visual communication/graphic design solutions for SEEDA - EPCMst, a company focused on reducing construction project environmental footprints and costs. The students will need to complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal:


- Conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and industry trends.


- Develop a one-page market research brief outlining key findings and insights.


- Ideate and create graphic design solutions such as web banner ads, social media content, brochures, signage, and other visual collateral based on the research and SEEDA's brand identity.


- Present the visual communication solutions to the SEEDA team for feedback and revisions.


- Finalize the visual communication solutions based on feedback and deliver the completed designs to SEEDA.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A one-page market research brief with key findings and insights.


- Visual communication solutions including web banner ads, social media content, brochures, signage, and other collateral.


- Presentation of the visual communication solutions to the SEEDA team.


- Revised and finalized visual communication solutions based on feedback.


Final deliverables:


- All source materials for the market research and visual communication solutions.


- A written report explaining the design process, market research findings, and outcomes.


- A presentation to SEEDA summarizing the research and visual communication solutions.
