• strategic plan for the move which will have many details involved (physical move, closure times, packing, stationary address changes, technology move, alerting utility companies)
• ensuring that the new buildout (brand new space to be built from scratch) follows timelines not only for construction but for getting our existing clinic prepared for the move
• ensuring the new marketing plan rollout is timely
• planning for the grand re-opening event
• planning for the soft and hard opening (different dates)
