PARKER HR Solutions aims to enhance its consulting methodologies by developing structured frameworks that align with its HR practices. This project involves researching and creating frameworks to support the company's HR functions, specifically focusing on organizational HR audits and change management. The goal is to enable PARKER HR to conduct thorough evaluations of HR policies, employee engagement, and talent management strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.


Additionally, students will research best practices to help update and refine the current frameworks, establishing a comprehensive change management framework that guides the implementation of new HR systems and policies with minimal disruption. This initiative allows students to apply their classroom knowledge in HR research and framework development, directly contributing to the company's strategic HR initiatives.

Deliverables

The project will result in two key deliverables:


1. A detailed framework for conducting organizational HR audits, including guidelines for evaluating HR policies, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.


2. A comprehensive change management framework that outlines best practices and strategies for implementing new HR systems and policies effectively. These deliverables will serve as foundational tools for PARKER HR's consulting team.
