We’re offering a short-term internship to support our business development push for new AI integration and automation services. Our goal is to scale our lead generation through an automated funnel that uses an AI API to generate tailored audit reports based on client responses. These reports feed into call bookings and other conversion steps, creating a fully automated and scalable sales process.


Until we get it fully automated, we're looking for support in building out these audits, ultimately aiming to demonstrate the financial ROI and savings that can be found by integrating AI into their businesses with our varied services.


Interns will get hands-on exposure to the sales cycle, from lead sourcing to conversion tracking. You’ll help manage leads, monitor funnel performance, and generate audits and insights using advanced AI tools and reporting workflows. This is a practical opportunity to work on real growth initiatives using automation and AI technologies that are actively shaping business processes.

Deliverables

Expected outcomes include a fully operational and tested automated lead generation and audit funnel, complete with reporting and performance tracking systems.


Some tasks include:


  • Assist in manually building and refining client audit reports while the automation process is being finalized
  • Support in quantifying potential financial ROI and operational savings for businesses adopting our AI integration and automation services
  • Help tailor audit insights to different industries and business models to demonstrate relevant value opportunities


Deliverables will include:


  • A refined lead generation pipeline with clear tracking of lead sources and conversion rates
  • Standardized audit reports generated via our AI-powered workflow for both leads and clients
  • Performance dashboards tracking funnel metrics, audit completions, and booked calls
  • Documentation of the processes for generating reports, tracking leads, and measuring outcomes
  • Insights and recommendations for optimizing the funnel based on observed data and results


Interns will contribute directly to these outputs while gaining experience with automation tools, sales processes, and performance analytics.
