Our organization is growing and scaling up! We are looking for student(s) to support us in improving overall sales and operational performance by conducting activities to enhance all possible areas according to our strategic development plan.

By the end of the project, business will have improved sales & operation efficiencies. For example, faster communication response, reduced sales process, more comprehensive sales and operation support etc.

- Review our list of sales & operation improvement items and make assessments & suggestions based on your understanding of the business's current development needs;

- Work with the management to prioritize & sort the improvement items within a timeline;

- Assist and support the manager in implementing activities to improve overall sales and operational performance. For example, selecting the best sales and CRM tools, digital service partners etc.

Mentorship and supervision will be provided by experienced leaders and executives with the following:

- Job-specific and career-related training

- Work, instructions and tasks

- Evaluation of work and performance periodically

- 1X1 meeting and provide recommendations/suggestions based on performance

- Support for skills development

Students will be given access to the organization's operation system, data, and relative technology & tools to complete the project.

Staff time will be monitored using the company's schedule system.

The project manager will provide additional support requested by students when needed to carry out the best project outcome.
