- To assess areas of website interface design to identify issues negatively impacting user experience to increase engagement metrics.
- To identify improvements that will positively impact conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- To implement or assist in the implementation of recommended and approved design improvements in site speed, accessibility, and navigability.
Assessment
An audit is required to identify deficiencies in the site designs affecting:
- Website page speed
- Other Core Web Vitals metrics
- Issues with functionality
- Usability and Navigation Flows
- Accessibility
- On-Page SEO
And to recommend improvements/modifications
Consultation
To consult with management and the site developer to identify how issues found in the assessment phase can be implemented. Some changes may not be possible or practical, others may need modification to implement.
Following this consultation and approval process, the improvements/modifications will be assessed, and recommendations amended or removed from consideration.
Implementation
When the final list of improvements has been completed, a defining of the steps to making the updates to the site will be required. The UI/UX team will either provide that information to the developer for implementation or, where appropriate, implement the changes themselves.
