The main goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive fundraising plan for Play Forever that includes donor cultivation, grant writing, and fundraising events to diversify and increase the organization's revenue sources.

1. Conduct an assessment of Play Forever's current fundraising activities, revenue streams, and donor base.
2. Research potential funding sources, including individual donors, foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
3. Develop a donor cultivation strategy to engage and steward current and potential supporters.
4. Create a grant writing plan, including a calendar of grant opportunities, proposal development processes, and grant management best practices.
5. Plan and implement fundraising events to engage supporters and raise funds.
6. Develop a system to track and evaluate fundraising efforts, including donor engagement, grant submissions, and event outcomes.
7. Continuously refine and optimize the fundraising plan based on performance data and feedback.
