training and developmentWe want to be known as an organization that values and embraces "all are welcome here" and has diversity and inclusion as a cornerstone of our training. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design trainings. The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas.
Areas of particular interest to us include:

About the company
We are fertility, prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric clinics that treat fertility, prenatal, postnatal, menopause and pediatric health issues in Calgary, Alberta. We help people struggling with infertility challenges. We are also very experienced working with pregnant people, and do postnatal care as well work with babies and growing kiddos. And yes, we treat all conditions in between too. The Holistic Institute of Health and Fertility (HIHF) clinics offer Acupuncture, Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic , Naturopathy, Pelvic Floor focused Physiotherapy and Yoga classes.
