Project requires the following steps
- Complete Training on company systems
- Answer calls, emails and social media messaging daily
- Enter phone orders into company system
- Manage Shipping Confirmations and tracking number
Students will be provided with the following resources and training to assist them in being effective customer service agents:

- Training on Company Systems
- Training on Customer service best practices.
