Our company is looking for a student to help us develop a new employee recognition program. Our goal is to increase employee engagement, lower turnover, boost morale and attract new talent.

• Define objectives and criteria
• Define goals
• Research on successful recognition programs
• Strategy to plan and implement new program that aligns with our company goals and values
• Plan to track/measure the effectiveness of the program

Schedule to be determined with the student. We will be available to guide/mentor students throughout the duration of the program with progress check ins.
