Our business has grown significantly over the past 10 years and the current CRM tool that we are using has not worked out as we had hoped and anticipated. Our client records and prospective sales pipeline have become difficult to manage and we are not using the CRM to its full potential (as it is much more complex than we needed it to be!). We would like you to provide us with recommendations on how to improve the current CRM and/or a comparison of the top CRMs for SMALL BUSINESSES available and make a recommendation, based on our needs.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. Client information as well as will be shared once project commences. Access to our current CRM platform (Zoho) will be provided.
