The main objective of this project is to recruit, train, and empower student ambassadors who will represent Blumefy on campuses and in local communities. The ambassadors will promote Blumefy’s platform, engage peers in global career and migration opportunities, and help increase awareness, adoption, and engagement with Blumefy’s services.

Project Goals:

  1. Brand Awareness: Increase recognition of Blumefy among students and young professionals.
  2. User Acquisition: Drive sign-ups and engagement on the Blumefy platform through ambassador-led initiatives.
  3. Community Engagement: Build an active student community that shares knowledge about migration pathways, visa-sponsored jobs, and global career opportunities.
  4. Feedback & Insights: Gather actionable feedback from the student community to improve Blumefy’s services and offerings.
  5. Leadership Development: Provide ambassadors with professional growth opportunities, mentorship, and experience in marketing, outreach, and global career facilitation.

Expected Project Outcomes:

  1. Increased Brand Awareness: A measurable increase in recognition of Blumefy among student communities and campus networks.
  2. Higher User Engagement: More students signing up for and actively using the Blumefy platform.

  3. Engagement Activities: Planned campus or online initiatives such as events, workshops, webinars, or social media campaigns.
  4. Monthly Reports: Tracking metrics such as student sign-ups, engagement, event participation, and feedback collected.
  5. Final Summary Report: A comprehensive report evaluating the program’s impact, lessons learned, and recommendations for future ambassador programs.
