The main goal for the project is to create and implement programming specifically designed for indigenous and underserved youth in Toronto, Ontario. This will involve working with the Play Forever organization to understand the needs of the target demographic, developing educational and recreational programs, and ensuring accessibility for all participants.

Deliverables


- Conduct research and interviews with indigenous and underserved youth to understand their needs and interests.


- Develop a structured program that includes educational and recreational activities tailored to the target demographic.


- Create a plan for accessibility, ensuring that the programs are available and inclusive for all participants.


- Implement the developed programs and gather feedback from participants for future improvements.


- Develop a report detailing the process, outcomes, and recommendations for future programming.

Mentorship

We will support my interns by providing guidance, resources, and mentorship, empowering them to learn and grow while contributing effectively to our team's goals
