The main goal with this project is to build out an outreach list and launch our growth hacking efforts for a couple newsletter brands.

We want to test out cross-promotions, audience swaps, paid ads etc. and we're looking for someone (or a group) to own this whole audience growth initiative.

You'll be the expert(s) in this domain, and do the necessary research and build out what's needed with the tools at our disposal. If you need more tools or resources to make this project successful, we'll be happy to provide you with what you need.

We'll know this project is a success when we've come up with a strategy, aligned our plan, and started to initiate outreach for partnership and growth hacking efforts!

Some of the core elements of this project will include:

• Researching similar brands and how they've developed an effective growth strategy
• Using tools to discover what brands we could potentially partner with
• Help develop our strategy and ideal partner profile, bring recommendations to the table on platforms, and potential partners to achieve the best expected ROI
• Recommend what we should be doing to continue to grow! :)

Final deliverables for this project will include a full list of potential partners you've found via newsletter growth directories, and podcast guest/host exchange platforms and help us prepare our outreach efforts to find the best growth partners.

As discussed above, we've got a suite of tools at our disposal to make this project a success.

Along with the tools that we're paying for (we're also happy to purchase whatever else is necessary to succeed), you'll also get to work closely with a tight-knit small entrepreneurial team and learn from us at every opportunity.
