Splashtemp.com is an all-encompassing database for pools for recreational facilities and hotels. Swimming pool information is not readily available from individual facilities and/or easily searchable. Splashtemp.com solves this problem by centralizing over fifty pool attributes in a platform, with particular focus related to physical and mental accessibility challenges.

Primary Job Description

The primary job tasks will be data collection/verification from hotels and public recreation facilities (via phone and email communication). Candidates will also be asked to communicate with non-profit organizations to better understand accessibility needs for pools and recreation facilities. As data is collected it will need to be analyzed to ensure it is accurate and is appropriate to be published on Splashtemp.com. With this data (and local expertise knowledge), we hope successful candidates can work/create new social media marketing strategies and make a splash with their creative writing skills (via blogs).

-Direct supervision by both CEO (P.Eng, MBA) and CFO (CFA)

-Top to bottom business breakdown of Splashtemp and what we are trying to achieve

-Full transparency over financials and how a startup business is properly built

-Weekly operations round table meetings will all staff

-Monthly accountability reports

-Assist students in generating their own KPI's and how to track and achieve them
