Students will dive into the heart of our online operations, focusing on enhancing the JuneAdaptive.com experience and extending our reach through our newly launched Etsy store. You'll be instrumental in integrating apps that streamline our operations and improve customer experience, both on our main site (Shopify) and Etsy.

Deliverables
  • Website Operations:
  • Email Marketing, Product Upload and AI implementation
  • Support online merchandising and marketing promotional activities.
  • Research and implement e-commerce growth strategies and operational efficiencies within our online ecosystem.
  • Merchandise products, categories, brands, and collections in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, current, and optimized for the user experience.
  • Monitor and update our online inventory and sales performance.
  • Manage SEO, analytics, and content to maintain consistency and optimize customer experience.
  • Develop expertise in our internal systems to troubleshoot any issues efficiently.
  • Lead or participate in special web-related projects as needed.


  • Etsy Store Management:Play a pivotal role in our Etsy store's ongoing success, ensuring our products are accurately listed and categorized.
  • Utilize Etsy's unique features to enhance our brand presence and drive sales.
  • Analyze performance metrics on Etsy to inform our broader e-commerce strategy.
  • Innovate strategies to increase visibility and customer engagement on the platform.


Mentorship
  • Students will meet with the founder of Juneadaptive.com at least 1 a week in a group meeting for guidance and mentorship supporting the project.
  • Founder will also be available throughout the week via slack, or additional video calls if needed to support the students.
