Currently, the company is exploring market opportunities for novel functional food products infused with vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts. We are looking for students to write blogs on functional foods. The project includes:
- Research on health benefits of functional foods and the functional foods industry in general;
- Development of short blog articles for posting on the website and other social media platforms;
- Reaching out to other websites for opportunities to post guest posts on functional foods.
Based on insights from our marketing team and your research, you will develop a set of blog materials for our existing media (email and website communications channels) and make recommendations on alternative media to consider such as social media, etc. to bring awareness of functional food products.
This project will involve:
- Researching the functional food products' target markets to develop effective blog content.
- Assessing our existing marketing communications and adjusting messaging in blogs as per your research.
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- A set of written blogs
- A report on the outreach to other websites to post guest blogs
- A 30-minute presentation on the research on functional foods and their benefits for blog topics.
Students will be assigned a subtopic depending on the company's needs.
We will provide at least 5 hours of mentorship and supervision. Regular recap and Q&A sessions will be scheduled.
