The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive set of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) policies for the universities of Maarifa Education Holdings. These policies will guide the university's digital infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity, and technology use in both teaching and administration. The current lack of standardized policies has led to inconsistencies in technology use and potential vulnerabilities in data security. By addressing these issues, the project aims to enhance the university's operational efficiency and safeguard sensitive information. The project will involve researching best practices in ICT policy, analyzing the university's current technology landscape, and drafting policies that align with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of ICT systems, policy development, and cybersecurity principles in a real-world context.

The deliverables for this project include the development of multiple ICT policy documents that address digital infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity, and technology use. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the key policies and their implications for the university will be prepared. The policy document should be clear, concise, and actionable, providing a framework for consistent technology use across the university.
