We are seeking individual (s) who are very experience with various SM platforms where real estate investment businesses tend to thrive (such as FB IG, LinkedIN etc) to help our company optimize our use of social media platforms .
- Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors.
- Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials
- Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market.
- Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content.

We are seeking individuals who are very experience with various SM platforms where real estate investment businesses tend to thrive (such as FB IG, LinkedIN) to help our company optimize use of social media platforms . Person must be able to use zoom/Teams etc to screen share to help us to navigate through the various features to learn how to operate and thrive in the various SM platforms.
- help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer.
- help us communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
- help us generate more traffic through search engines.
- help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and promote our brand through compelling content.
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: (list expected channels - eg. Riipen messaging, company slack, email)
