Valemount is partnering with the Risk Management Association of Toronto. We are interested in website development to support our new partnership and launch of learning series courses (In person seminars, conferences, and online learning) for Risk Management Professionals.

We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us.

Students should be prepared to:

• Help reconcile different platforms in use (Wix, Shopify, EventBrite)
• Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review.
• Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy.
• Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
• Help us with supporting tooling/technology, including payment, billing, scheduling.
• Help us with social media management and moderation (using discord, LinkedIn or other)

A fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. The website should be built on Shopify and/or Wix. Content will also be launched via LInkedIn, Discord and other social media platforms.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We can use collaborative tools, including microsoft Teams or zoom for teleconferencing. We can use an agile development methodology and toolset (e.g., basecamp or Jira or other) to manage stories and epics.
