Project Objective

The goal of this project is to enhance FoxiPrint’s digital presence and operational efficiency by developing web-based solutions tailored to business needs. Students will apply their classroom knowledge in web development, software engineering, and project management to design and implement practical solutions.

Deliverables

Project Scope & Deliverables

Students will work as a team to complete a focused set of tasks that contribute to a cohesive solution. The project will involve:

  1. Website Development & UX Enhancement
  • Improve FoxiPrint’s website for a seamless customer experience.
  • Implement full-stack web development solutions using JavaScript, React, or other frameworks.
  1. Software & Database Implementation
  • Develop backend systems to enhance order management and customer interactions.
  • Work with databases and APIs to improve efficiency.
  1. Cloud & Infrastructure Optimization
  • Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS.
  • Ensure best practices in version control with Git/GitHub.
  1. Project Management & Agile Development
  • Apply Agile methodologies using Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Collaborate as a development team to meet project milestones.

Expected Outcomes

  • A functional and improved website with enhanced usability.
  • A backend system or database solution that improves business processes.
  • Clear documentation of the development process, including challenges and solutions.
  • Two presentations: one internal and one (if selected) to a broader audience.

This project is designed to be completed within 276 hours by a team of learners from a single academic program, ensuring a streamlined workflow and skill alignment.
