We do not feel we have an adequate understanding of what types of health and wellness initiatives will be of value to schools in K-12 in the U.S to offer programs to teens and/or staff. We would like to get a better sense of what other organizations are doing to promote health and wellness among their employees and which programs are most impactful for schools.

At Parents2Partners, we are trained in Yoga, Yoga for Trauma/Therapy. We also have training on mindset. We wish to know your recommendations for programs that we need to learn, or if it is better to hire others.

The primary goal for taking on this program is that our rate is offered as volunteer or very low to schools that serve high-needs communities. We hope to gain an understanding of what components should be included and on implementation strategies. Marketing ideas would be a plus and anything else that would help schools will be tremendous.

• Conducting a survey or short interviews, though we really are hoping what you will do.
• Researching current trends in health and wellness in the education sector.
• Developing a realistic Health and Wellness Program based on the budget/time restrictions identified by the organization and implementing ideas derived from research. These would be public schools in the U.S. They are challenged by teachers working under high stress and leaving the profession.
• We are open your ideas. If the above does not work, we are open as long as your work is geared to schools to educators and/or teens.
