The project involves conducting a thorough internal analysis of the company's resources and capabilities to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Learners will perform an international market analysis using both secondary and primary data to identify potential markets for entry. The project will also include a marketing analysis, focusing on digitization and e-commerce strategies to effectively reach new customers. Additionally, learners will assess supply chain logistics and develop a compliance and risk mitigation plan to ensure smooth operations in new markets. The goal is to create a comprehensive and actionable market entry strategy that aligns with DansFarmaRoot's objectives and resources.
