The main objective of this project is to guide interns in facilitating the successful trademark registration process for our company, new products, and logos. Students will gain hands-on experience in navigating trademark regulations, ensuring brand protection, and fostering innovation in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

1. Trademark Searches: Students will research existing trademarks to ensure the uniqueness of the company name, product names, and logos. This involves using databases and other resources to check for any similar or conflicting trademarks already registered.
2. Documentation Gathering: Students will gather all necessary documentation required for the trademark registration process. This includes business registration documents, proof of first use of the trademark, specimen of the trademark, and any other relevant materials.
3. Trademark Application Forms: Students will assist in completing the trademark application forms accurately and comprehensively. This involves providing detailed information about the trademark, its intended use, and other relevant details as required by the trademark office.
