The main goal of this project is to create a comprehensive compensation plan for the new sales role in health care for Mid East Canadian Pharmaceutical Inc. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the current market for health care sales roles and understanding the competitive landscape.


- Developing a compensation plan that is competitive and attractive to potential sales employees.


- Creating a budget for the compensation plan and determining the cost of the plan.


- Developing a strategy to ensure the plan is implemented and maintained.


- Researching and understanding the legal and regulatory requirements of the compensation plan.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
