Main Goal:
The primary objective of this project is to enhance WSTβs online presence through engaging social media content and campaigns. Students will work alongside the social media team to create visual and video content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand identity.
Project Scope and Expectations:
During this project, students will:
- Collaborate with the social media team to establish a content calendar.
- Produce digital content, including posters and short videos.
Final Deliverables:
- A collection of graphics and videos ready for social media use.
- A structured content calendar for future posts.
- A summary document outlining content strategy and execution.
- Reflection document detailing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

About the company
While She is True (WST) is a non-profit that is dedicated to educating, empowering and encouraging young girls to explore and pursue technology. We achieve this goal using a threefold approach, the first being computer science education. The second involves mentoring from women in the technology field. Lastly, we provide technological resources such as laptops and other tech hardware to break any barriers that prevent girls from having the right technology to use and grow in the computer science space.
