Our company advertises hundreds of products online. We hope to revamp our email marketing to increase engagement with our existing customers. We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails. Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails. Recommending a frequency for our marketing emails. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending email marketing tools.
Potential Customer Segmentation Analysis
In this project, we hope to gain insight into customer segments and patterns by analyzing market data on buying behaviors. This will help us enhance and refocus our marketing efforts by being able to identify the needs of each segment, reach them most effectively, and address any pain points they face. Students will research customer’s behavior through sales trends of various Etsy shops, analyze the data, create predictive models, and provide recommendations for how to move forward. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Analyzing market data to define different segments based on customer needs. Choosing appropriate metrics to examine the data, and analyzing it using data analysis software to identify trends and correlations. Creating predictive models for various outcomes the market may face. Creating a report with all findings from analysis conducted, including recommendations for next steps.
Changing Market Analysis
As a B2C company, we have a primary focus of creating relevant products for our consumer. With this in mind, we have created a new product to add to the existing line that customers know and love. When we created our original product offering, we had a consumer in mind and marketed accordingly. We believe our market might be changing and we need help proving this. This knowledge will aid in a new approach to marketing, especially for our new product. Our specific need is determine what competitors are also playing in this landscape and what our target market’s perception is of these competing brands/products. This information will help us determine what key messaging will resonate with our target buyer. We would like to understand our customer base through surveys and conversations with our present and future consumer to gather insights into buying behaviours, expectations, and experiences with us and our competitors.

Creating Graphic Design Assets
Conceptualize and design creative solutions for a range of projects, including marketing materials, social media content, branding, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually stunning designs. Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and relevant. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Brand Identity and Graphic Design
Our company is looking to solidify our identity and revamp the logo that we currently have. We are looking to better connect with our audience by standing out and being memorable while also being able to use the designs the students offer in a corporate setting. We are looking for real designs that we could use in our branding as well as general branding knowledge. The right candidate would work to create consistent promotional branding and come up with possible new names for the company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching the brand identity. Logo and name proposals that reflect who we are Work to create a branding guide for us to reference Help create prototypes using software tools that can be implemented in our marketing Research into the competitors to see what they are doing. Creating custom branding sheets with colours and logos.
