It was a good experience working with Ample Insight Inc for me and the students who got an opportunity to work in a professional environment. Students gained significant experience and skills that they can highlight in their CVs for furthering their careers.

This project is particularly beneficial for graduates from Lighthouse Labs, especially those with a cross-industrial background. It offers a unique platform for showcasing their creative potential and skills in real-world workplace scenarios. This approach significantly improves the hiring and job-seeking process. It encourages direct conversations between CEOs, real business decision-makers, and talented individuals, moving away from the traditional reliance on individuals who, despite a seemingly extensive work history, have been proven inadequate in their previous positions. I am eagerly looking forward to more revolutionary innovations in the recruitment process.
