Rainhouse CNC Machining Expansion Plan

We are a growing company with four pillars of business• Computer Numerical Control ( CNC) machining; Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) services including Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Manufacturing as a Service (MaaS) Research & Development division 2020 was a very busy and successful year for Rainhouse. We are now investing in our business so we can continue to grow. For this effort, we will need to improve our financial tracking systems, improve our grant writing and proposal writing competence and do a better job of marketing and sales. The focus of this project will be to formulate a financial model to help us grow our Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machining capacity. To be relevant in our industry our CNC machines must be very competitive. These machines are complex and expensive. We are looking for some help in designing financial tools we can use to track costs, determine the level of investment that makes sense relative to our revenue, and formulate financial KPI's for internal use and to present to lenders when we look to secure loans or leases to fund our CNC machine capacity growth plan.

Rainhouse Grant Writing Project

For this effort, we will need to improve our financial tracking systems, improve our grant writing and proposal writing competence and do a better job of marketing and sales. The focus of this project will be to address our deficiencies in grant writing. We have recently added a formal research group within Rainhouse.. One challenge we have is in the area of researching grant availability for our company. The second challenge is to be able to write the grant proposal in a targeted and clear manner. Currently, we are looking at an opportunity to become a battery manufacturer. We will need help to help us research and write a winning grant proposal.
