Students in this program are developing advanced leadership skills, particularly in strategic thinking, servant leadership, and social responsibility. They are equipped to analyze, design, and implement leadership strategies while focusing on human motivation, direction, and development.
Students are actively looking to apply leadership theories to real organizational problems, integrate ethical decision-making, and foster social responsibility. By collaborating with employers on projects, students will demonstrate their ability to research, communicate, and lead while further developing key leadership competencies.
At the conclusion of the collaboration, employers will receive:
- A final report detailing the students' analysis, key findings, and actionable recommendations.
- A final presentation, where students will present their results and answer questions from the employer’s side, showcasing their problem-solving and communication skills.
