Students in this program are developing advanced leadership skills, particularly in strategic thinking, servant leadership, and social responsibility. They are equipped to analyze, design, and implement leadership strategies while focusing on human motivation, direction, and development. Students are actively looking to apply leadership theories to real organizational problems, integrate ethical decision-making, and foster social responsibility. By collaborating with employers on projects, students will demonstrate their ability to research, communicate, and lead while further developing key leadership competencies.

Trinity Western University's Art + Design program is excited to invite forward-thinking organizations to collaborate with our third and fourth-year students in the "Advanced/Applied Design Studio" course. Trinity Western University’s Media + Communication (MCOM) program offers an experiential learning opportunity for a group of first through fourth year students enrolled in the "Communication Colloquium: Professional Preparation" course. These students are keen to build a broad foundational knowledge of human communication and culture, hone critical and creative thinking skills, and apply their learning through real-world projects. This course emphasizes professional preparation, equipping students with a broad overview of the professional world, interdisciplinary perspectives and a thoughtful engagement of a variety of contemporary issues. Employers are expected to maintain regular communication with the learners, provide necessary guidance and information for project execution, be virtually present for the final presentations, and offer constructive and professional feedback via the Riipen platform.
