Lisa Chen of Oceanic Impact demonstrated a very high level of professionalism in their interactions with learners in this project. Lisa is passionate and committed to environmental issues and her love for the Ocean was admired by the students. She was highly prepared for meetings and gave the students lots of support to guide their learning journey. This project gave the students opportunity to explore how to navigate strategic shifts for a social enterprise. This was a rare opportunity for students to experience first hand how to manage strategic shift while advancing organizational in a highly competitive environmental education sector.
